Through creative exchange, we analyze your individual needs and your event ideas. This can either be on-site or online. On this basis, we compose your individual package. Before I start, you set the budget.
Creating Moods – Moodboard Event
Finding your style with the help of a color & material concept:
Based on our initial conversation, I identify your personal event style and use a mood board to develop a suitable event color concept including coordinated materials. Your individual concept will be created. The ideas are visualized on the mood board and composed using images, colors, textiles and natural materials in the form of a digital collage *. The mood board is an ideal foundation and decision-making aid. It helps you to better understand the proposed design options and it represents your very own style.

Decoration Advice & Decoration Concept:
I will develop your individual decoration concept tailored to the occasion and your event motto. In addition to the right accessories and decorative items, candles, textiles, pillows, natural materials or plants can also be integrated.

Good catering is a fundamentally important component of a successful event. Every good event includes “delicious” food and the right drinks. And if it's not just food, but a taste explosion paired with extraordinary sensory perception, then you and your guests will remember it intensely and with pleasure. A menu and its components can be adapted to the season, follow a motto, and can also be diverse and culinary exciting by using different spices and the preparation of the dishes. An additional highlight can be the integration of a color concept into the menu sequence. Purple potatoes, aubergine-colored red cabbage soup or dark red blackberry tart will surprise your guests and are a special feast for the eyes. Rounded off with a lavender-colored sparkling wine served with dark blue blueberries. A festival for the senses. You will be surprised about the possibilities!

Depending on the length of the event, we can also plan several coordinated elements with a harmonious arc of suspense. I present you a portfolio of special highlights.

The olfactory perception subconsciously but significantly influences our mood and can thus be used and applied positively in a targeted manner. Carefully selected fragrances create a feel-good atmosphere. Feel to yourself when you think of the scent of spicy mint, soothing lavender, refreshing eucalyptus, fragrant strawberries or invigorating lemon. Go on a fragrance journey with your guests to your desired location.

Product Suggestions & Shopping List:
I will research accessories and decorations for you and create your personal shopping list. This includes photos and a description of the products, dimensions and delivery times as well as links to the respective manufacturers or dealers. You list the things you would like suggestions for and the items to be included in your shopping guide.

Final Set-Up:
On request, I will be at your side for the final set-up and arrangements on-site and we will finalize your personal event set-up together. We put in place everything you need for an unforgettable event, professionally executed according to an agreed structure and schedule.

If necessary, I will be happy to support you on the day of your event with the organization and implementation on-site, so that everything goes as desired and planned. The prices are calculated on an hourly basis (75 €/h) according to the order volume and workload.
